FADED FABRICS — PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: October 7, 2026
ABOUT THIS POLICY
FADED FABRICS is operated by Parker Capital Midwest LLC, doing business as FADED FABRICS, in Flint, Michigan, United States. In this Privacy Policy, “FADED,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that business.
This policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you visit www.faded-fabrics.com, use the FADED web app, purchase from us through our online or physical store or connected sales channels, participate in the Risk Takers Club, request custom apparel services through Faded Factory / FADED Print Lab, or communicate with us. Personal information means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information you provide
Depending on how you interact with us, we collect:
• Contact information, including your name, email address, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses.
• Order information, including products purchased, sizes, quantities, payment status, shipping details, returns, and customer-service requests.
• Account and membership information, including account identifiers, purchase history, rewards activity, and preferences. If you voluntarily provide your birthday month and day for the Risk Takers Club, we use it to administer birthday features or offers. Membership features may use the city or region from your address to personalize your account display.
• Custom-order information, including your business or brand name, artwork or files you submit, garment preferences, print locations, quantities, sizes, deadlines, and delivery details. Submitted files may contain personal information.
• Communications, including information you send through forms, email, phone, text, or social media, and information provided with reviews or feedback.
• Marketing preferences and consent choices.
Payment information is processed through Shopify and the payment providers available at checkout. We receive the transaction information needed to manage your order; information collected and retained by each payment provider is also governed by that provider’s privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
When you access our online services, Shopify and other services operating on the store may collect your IP address, browser and device information, time zone, cookie identifiers, pages and products viewed, referral information, searches, and interactions with our store. Cookies, pixels, logs, and similar technologies support store functionality, security, analytics, and, where enabled and permitted, advertising.
Information from other sources
We may receive information from Shopify, connected sales channels such as Shop, payment providers, fulfillment partners, and social platforms when you place orders or interact with our business through those services. The information received depends on your activity and the permissions and settings of those services.
HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use personal information to:
• Process payments and fulfill, ship, track, and manage orders, returns, and refunds.
• Prepare quotes and produce custom apparel.
• Operate customer accounts, the FADED web app, and Risk Takers Club features.
• Respond to questions and provide order updates and customer support.
• Send marketing communications according to your preferences and applicable consent requirements.
• Understand store usage, improve products and services, and measure marketing performance.
• Detect suspicious activity, prevent fraud, secure our services, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.
Submitting artwork for a custom order does not, by itself, authorize us to publish that artwork or your personal information for marketing. Any separate permission or agreement governs that use.
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We share information as needed for the purposes described in this policy with:
• Shopify, which hosts our store and supports checkout, accounts, transactions, and related services.
• Payment processors and providers involved in your transaction.
• Shipping carriers, fulfillment providers, and suppliers that fulfill your order. For supplier-fulfilled products, including orders routed through Shopify Collective, the fulfilling supplier may receive your name, shipping address, order details, and contact information needed for delivery or order support.
• Providers supporting customer communications, store apps, rewards, analytics, and marketing, where those services are enabled.
• Professional advisers and authorities when necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights, prevent fraud, or resolve disputes.
• Parties involved in a proposed or completed business transfer, subject to applicable safeguards.
Access by our staff is limited according to their responsibilities and business needs.
SHOPIFY AND CONNECTED SERVICES
Shopify processes personal information when you visit or purchase from our store. Some Shopify services may process information for their own purposes under Shopify’s privacy policies, including when you use Shop or Shop Pay.
If Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store, Shopify may use information about interactions with our store together with interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including store improvement, fraud protection, personalization, and advertising, subject to applicable privacy choices. Shopify and its partners may process this information in other countries.

COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND ADVERTISING
Essential cookies support functions such as shopping carts, checkout, account access, security, and remembering privacy choices. Other cookies or similar technologies may support analytics, personalization, social content, and advertising when enabled.
We advertise through Shop and Meta advertising services, including across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Threads where supported. These services help us promote products, reach relevant audiences, and measure campaign performance. The information collected depends on the integrations and data-sharing settings in use.
Depending on the integrations enabled, Shopify / Shop and Meta may receive browsing and purchase activity, products viewed, cart events, order values, device identifiers, IP addresses, and contact identifiers used for customer matching. Tools such as the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, or customer-audience features may transmit information through cookies or server-to-server connections where enabled. These examples do not mean that every tool is active. Such disclosures may qualify as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws, even without a monetary payment.
Meta processes information under its own Privacy Policy:
https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
You can manage Meta advertising preferences and relevant activity controls in Meta Accounts Center. Shopify offers privacy controls at https://privacy.shopify.com/. Platform controls do not replace requests to FADED or store-level privacy controls.
Where available, use our cookie preferences or data-sharing opt-out controls to manage these uses. You can also contact us to request an applicable opt-out. Browser controls let you delete or block cookies, although doing so may affect store functionality. Cookie lifetimes vary by provider and purpose; some last only for a browsing session and others remain until they expire or are deleted.
Where required by applicable law, recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, must be treated as requests to opt out of the covered sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising uses. Traditional “Do Not Track” signals may not have the same effect as a legally recognized opt-out preference signal.
MARKETING CHOICES
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those messages or by contacting us. If you subscribe to marketing texts, follow the opt-out instructions provided in those messages. Opting out of marketing does not stop necessary transactional communications, such as order confirmations or shipping updates. Contacting us or placing an order does not automatically constitute consent to marketing texts.
RETENTION AND SECURITY
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including managing orders, accounts, rewards, customer support, tax and accounting records, legal obligations, and disputes. Retention varies by information type and purpose. A deletion request may not require deletion of information we must retain by law or for other permitted reasons.
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on your location and the laws applicable to our business, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; withdraw consent; restrict or object to certain processing; or opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Some laws also provide a right to appeal a denied request. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions.
To submit a request or an appeal, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to verification of their authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Where European Economic Area or United Kingdom data protection law applies, our processing relies, as appropriate, on performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, your consent, or legitimate interests that do not override your rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Where applicable, you may request information about automated decisions and exercise rights concerning decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING
We operate in the United States. Shopify and other service providers may process information in the United States, Canada, or other countries. Where applicable law requires protections for international transfers, those transfers must use appropriate safeguards. Contact us for information about safeguards applicable to your information.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information in circumstances requiring parental consent without that consent, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SOCIAL CONTENT
Our services may link to or display content from Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other third-party services. Those services may collect information when their content loads or when you interact with them, depending on the integration and your privacy settings. Their own privacy policies govern their processing.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, practices, or legal requirements. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required by law.
